Patient's First Visit

On your first visit, you will be required to fill out minimal paperwork. The forms will request the following items: basic demographic information, health history, description of current complaint, and insurance information, if applicable.

Once the registration is complete, the doctors will review your health history and thoroughly discuss with you your current complaint. After the doctors have verbally investigated your condition, they will perform a focused physical exam. This exam will consist of several noninvasive tests that will help the doctors determine the source of your ailment.

X-rays are important and often required in determining the cause of a condition. The x-rays allow the doctors to have a better understanding of your condition in order to create a patient-specific treatment plan. X-rays will only be performed if the doctor believes that they are necessary.

After the doctors review the gathered historical and physical information, treatment will be given to begin the healing process. The treatment may include a chiropractic adjustment as well as other therapies that the doctors know will provide the best results. Patients will also be consulted about at-home participation to asist in recovery.

Scheduling a second appointment is an important step towards your road to recovery. On your second visit to our office, we will provide a detailed report of findings. During this report, we will review with you any x-rays, various treatment options, and a recommended schedule of care.
